Sleep and medical marijuana
Has anyone been prescribed medical marijuana as an aid to sleep and also as an anti-inflammatory for arthritis? My doctor prescribed these for me but I am skeptical of the efficacy of this use, so if you have been taking medical marijuana for any period of time please give me an idea of your experience

Survival after radical prostatectomy or radiotherapy for locally advanced (cT3) prostate cancer.
New study below. "Within the SEER database (2004-2014), we identified 5500 cT3N0-1 PCa patients." "Ten-year {cancer-specific mortality} and {other cause of mortality} rates were significantly higher after {external beam radiotherapy} (15.8 and 28.2%) than {radical prostatectomy} (8.1 and 10.4%)." New imaging technique pinpoints PC location
I am about to start Taxotere chemotherapy. I had a relatively new imaging technique using a PET scan with Axumin. This $4K radio-pharmaceutical identifies exactly where the PC has metastasized. In my case it’s lymph nodes in the abdomen, the place where my prostate used to be, and one vertebrae.

Condoms slip off looking for suggestions
I have a shorter and thinner penis and have always had issues with condom retention. My foreskin is also quite long (as you can see in my other post) wich doesn't help keeping a condom from unrolling. A clerk recommended my wife use female condoms instead of my using conventional ones..we don't want

Penile Shortening after Radical Prostatectomy, with video.
This is a follow-on from: EricE's: "Radical Prostectomy and Penis Growth?" Not to be confused with loss of function & the need for "rehabilitation". Looking at the studies, one is struck by the seeming indifference to the problem. Men must have been complaining of the issue, or at least remarking on

Triple negative mestastic please help.
Diagnosed one year ago with triple negative. After a double Mastectomy and chemo, it has now metastasized in the lungs and lymph nodes. Has anyone survived a similar situation? Outlook does not look good. Any advice would be appreciated.

Triple negative and BRCA1 positive
Hi, I am 42 year triple negative and BRCA1 positive. My tumor was 1.9 cm and 1 node involved. I don't have any close family members with known history of breast cancer. Genetic councelor suggested bilateral mastectomy and salpingo oophrectomy. Can anyone suggest which hospital best in India for my situation

With a BRCA 1 status, and history of Stage 1, grade 3 Triple Neg. cancer, I feel a little cast to sea without clear direction as to how to best monitor my body for recurrence. EAU18 - Copenhagen. Hormone-Naive PCa.
[The European Association of Urology [EAU] annual meeting took place in Copenhagen last month.] The lead paragraph is something of a downer & need not be read - so I moved it to below my signature. I know that some here are interested in oligometastatic PCa. Interesting quote from the end of the presentation

Advanced prostate cancer-gleason 9 with lupron
My father was diagnosed with advanced prostate cancer-gleason 9. He had a bone scan last week that revealed 3 bone mets in his pelvis and his psa is currently at a .998. Doctors were shocked about the mets because his psa is so low. They started him on Lupron and Bicutamude under the brand name Casodex
