Can't cope any more
So why didn't I
quit
drinking
chardonnay, lose 30lbs to get out of the overweight range, and exercise for an hour a day??? I knew. And I just let everything slide.

Here’s to hoping!
Soon after I
quit
drinking
and RUQ subsided. I had a routine blood test after 7 months of sobriety which revealed raised cholesterol but ALT was still elevated (75) 3 years after my initial raised ALT result. This wasn’t pointed out to me at the time and I was told to eat healthier.

Anxiety and A-Fib
Fortunately for me, I have never smoked,
quit
drinking
36 years ago and the Buspirone is helping me with Anxiety. Wish you the best with your A-Fib control. Dr. John Day is a cardiologist in Utah and has a site if you are interested, simply DrJOHNDAY dot com.

Alcohol and Fostair 100/6 inhaler interactions?
I take 1x extra puff of Fostair and everything was fine in couple of minutes.... but I
quit
drinking
cause I felt my hearth was beating like crazy.... not sure is this cause of interaction with alcohol or is this just cause of panic attack?..

The problem with Buprenorphine, BTBD9 and serotonin syndrome
I have even
quit
drinking
green tea (one of few pleasures I have left) as I suspected it was blocking adenosine build up during the day. This seems to have helped a little bit. Food wise I just continue with a healthy diet, but I avoid fortified products.

Spousal support...who, where?
Hubs has found himself in hospital after lying to me about having
quit
drinking
. He nipped to his local on Tuesday (it's next door to the chemist and he was picking up his prescription while I was at work).

Likelihood of irreversible damage at 24?
I have recently
quit
weed and because of this I have been
drinking
a lot more to “replace it”. Past 3-4 weeks I’ve been drinking at least 8 units a night.

Help for Cravings and Tough Situations While You're Quitting Tobacco.
What does it take to stay tobacco-free?
Quitting tobacco can be a long and hard process. But staying tobacco-free is the longest and most important part of it. Every day you must decide not to use tobacco today. Each day that you don’t smoke or use tobacco is a small victory. These all add up

an Caffeine Trigger Near Syncope?
I
quit
drinking
caffeinated coffee several months ago. My cardiologist told me I should avoid stimulants, as they can be AFib triggers, However, I have since seen studies concluding one or two cups of coffee per day should not trigger AFIb.

Liver inflammation
Quit
drinking
2 weeks ago. Was heavy abuser. Fatigue is gone but have right shoulder discomfort/mild pain and occasional right abdomen and mid-back discomfort. Other than sleep issues no other noticeable symptoms right now. Afraid of cirrhosis and cancer. Going to see a doctor in 2 weeks.

F2 fibrosis, scared
As it's been 7 months since I
quit
drinking
, I hope every day that I will see improvement. And I have! But still feeling pain sometimes (not all the time anymore) and still being able to feel my liver in there if I apply pressure is disappointing to me.

Diagnosed with cirrhosis
I
quit
drinking
over 10 years ago, I've had weight loss surgery and lost over 5 stone which as reduced my fatty liver to practically zero. I don't have hepatitis or autoimmune liver disease, yet I still have cirrhosis. I'm only 41. I'm feeling really lost and low.

how to let go of fear I want to know
I
quit
drinking
about a month ago but I just had a drink and I feel like it’s making things worse. I am a mess. Then the next second I’m stronger but all in all I’m just experiencing a lot of stress. I don’t know what to do. I keep thinking it would be nice to die I’m tired of the fear.

Quitting wine
Decided to
quit
drinking
today. Love wine but it’s become a massive problem & I needed to quit. Did it once before a couple of years ago for 4 months & then started again. So many reasons to stop, health, weight, cost, sleep, saying stupid things I wouldn’t say sober.
