Seasonal Affective Disorder
For those of you with SAD, I was curious if anyone has done light therapy and was wondering how effective it was? I am thinking about buying a light but don’t wanna spend the money if it doesn’t help. Let me know 😊

However, I swept up residue plaster from a decorating job I was working on. No mask! The air was really thick with

Hi all, I've recently been diagnosed with palmar plantar pustulosis and I am waiting for PUVA PHOTOTHERAPY, could be waiting 3-4 months due to backlog. The skin specialist thinks it's linked to me having Rheumatoid Arthritis diagnoses 9 years ago.

Have been doing Red Light Therapy for my mother since 45 days. Make her wear a hat fitted with red light (670nm wavelength) for 20 minutes, immediately followed by near infra-red light (850nm wavelength) for another 20 minutes, totally for 40 minutes in a session - once in the morning and then once

Spider veins on face
Does anyone know how to help broken capillaries (spider veins) on the face? I’ve seen light therapy pens for at home treatment but I don’t want to buy something if it won’t work.

I've been on the PMR journey since 2014, and the pred episode since 2015. In that time I've also had an osteoporosis scare. Blue light therapy
Hi, someone put on about this the other day, and I was wondering if you had done any more about it? I can't find it now! I googled it, but all it seemed to say was that it was for acne and other skin complaints. Also SAD, that people get in the winter. does anyone know if it helps with a brain injury
