Does anyone know how to help broken capillaries (spider veins) on the face? I’ve seen light therapy pens for at home treatment but I don’t want to buy something if it won’t work.

Ok this is going to sound weird but using apple cider vinegar on legs reduces the appearance of spider veins on the legs so maybe it would work on the face too. Put apple cider vinegar on a cotton ball and then rub it on the skin at least once a day for a few minutes. Some spider veins will disappear immediately and then come back, but if you keep it up over time they will be gone or less visible.
