Hyperplasia? + Egg donation?
Hello! I went yesterday to the clinic to have my hysteroscopy post-op thinking (rather foolishly) that it would be straightforward and I could get on with the rest of my life, but alas no. I've now found out that I have hyperplasia (but not atypical) and will need the mirena coil (Oh! The irony!) for

The essential amino acids and where we get them. 🌶
Hi everyone, I think that that the more we understand about food and nutrition the better. All the food that we eat is broken down into base amino acids, some our bodies make from the food we eat the remaining 9 are the essential amino acids that have to come from our food. So it's quite simple amino

Awaiting hysterectomy for adnexal mass, cat 3 from scan ca125 score 1
I've been told I have a cat3 (high risk) mass on my right ovary and i need it removing . Opted for full hysterectomy as I'm 49 and already had menopause and kids so figured it best all come out now. Ca125 was only 1 but I'm still on the urgent list due to scan result. Just got my date for surgery - 8th

9 days post 5day blastocyst transfer...and going loopy!
Hi ladies I'm new to this, I guess I'm just looking for some support. So it's 9 days post 5-day blastocyst transfer and starting to feel a little loopy! I've had mild on and off cramping sometimes strong from day 1, along with bloating, wind and headaches for the first few days. I also got a head cold

Pulmonary Fibrosis
So I’ve just been told during my current hospital stay that I have
Pulmonary
Fibrosis
, currently at its mild stage. This is on top of the diagnosis of severe COPD - Emphysema and Chronic Bronchitis, as well as a potential issue on the right side of my heart.
