Worried
Wondering if any ladies can help. I recently had an open myomectomy to remove a uterine fibroid, believe this was causing implantation failure as I had 3 failed embryo transfers with good quality blasts etc... when I went for my hystoscopy before surgery they noticed uterine polyps not many just a few

Continued pain after hysterectomy..?
Hi. I have been told I need a hysterectomy due to adenomyosis and endometriosis but does anyone know whether you can still get cyclical pain ie when your period should be, due to endo, afterwards? Also is it best to leave the ovaries or remove them? I’ve heard removing them depletes your libido ...!?

I had fibroids and I want to help fight ignorance of this condition
Hi, I'm new here and want to connect with women who either have fibroids or are worried about the risks of fibroid growth. I had fibroids for many years, the majority of them ignorant of the fact that I had them and thinking that my symptoms were 'normal'. I now spend some of my time helping to spread

Shortness of breath for no reason
Hi Friends! I have started symptoms of shortness of breath since over a month. I am 48, never smoked in my life and have lived in pretty non hazardous work environment. It mostly happens typically in morning first half hours or sometimes in evening. It also triggers if I am exposed to a low oxygen environment

Decapeptyl & Venlafaxine (Effexor)
Hello, I am wondering if anyone has any experience of having a Decapeptyl injection alongside taking Venlafaxine. I am petrified that the Decapeptyl is going to totally screw up my anxiety & depression, I have also been prescribed HRT to take alongside whilst I wait for a hysterectomy. I would really

False Labour
Me again guys! Feel so disheartened!! 3am Tuesday pains and contractions start. Fairly irregular but at most every 6 minutes lasting at least 40 seconds. Pain strong but bearable. 2pm Tuesday everything stops! Why?? Why would your body tease you like that?!! It’s now nearly noon Wednesday, few contractions

Fed up
Hi I’m 42 years old have stage4 endometriosis adenomyosis , fibroids and numerous cysts with periods that mean I have to stay home due to the amount of blood / clots lost . I’m currently on zoladex and norethisterone I’ve had a 7 day break from the norethisterone and started it again yet I’m still bleeding

Recurring endo
Hi gals I had excision surgery 5 months ago with severe endo all over my pelvic organs n walls. I was diagnosed with adenomyosis aswell. I have opted for hysterectomy. I’m having terrible pain with bloating and trying to pass wind. Could this be more endo? Or the adenomyosis? Also has anyone had recurring

IVF journey starts today (Christmas Eve)
Hi all. My husband and I start our IVF journey today. Our appointment will involve having all the final tests (including a dummy embryo transfer) before they start me on the treatment. Nervous and excited at the same time. What’s a dummy embryo transfer like? Wishing you all a lovely, restful Christmas

Many thanks!
Can I just say many thanks to all the people who posted their comments on the forum, after I reported my GP has a policy of withholding Consultants diagnosis to patients, and I only discovered I had Emphysema and
