2ww period like cramps

I had my embryo transfer 1 week ago..I am suffering from lower back pain,left side pain like menstrual cramps .my blood test due to coming Monday..its 5 days left..is there any hope for me to have a bfp...sometimes I feel like periods is coming..my doc gave me progesterone tablet ..is there any chance for me...to get positive result

The symptoms for a positive result are too similar to periods. There really is no way to tell until you get to otd and test. Hang on in there xxx

Thanku.. sometimes the cramp is severe and sometimes it so not so..anyway waiting till the day

Still can be signs of both success and failure unfortunately. It's a cruel waiting game. Wishing you all the best for otd x

As the others have said I believe it can be a sign of AF or pregnancy. After my fresh transfer I had bad cramping, actually quite painful like day 1 of my period, with some spotting around 5dp 5dt and I got my BFP on test day. Stay strong and baby dust to you x

I gt bfp on Monday.bt still have bad cramps on my left side...what to do.. any idea..somebody please help me...
