18F-flotufolastat PET alters treatment approach for nearly 90% of patients with recurrent prostate cancer
"18F-flotufolastat is approved by the FDA for use in patients with suspected prostate cancer metastasis who are potentially curable by definitive surgery or radiation, and patients with suspected prostate cancer recurrence based on elevated
PSA
levels."

Long Journey
Over the years
PSA
would rise, and I would be put on Lupron for 18-24 months. In 2017,
PSA
started rising fast. Brought an MO into the mix. I was placed on Lupron, Xgeva and Erleada (apalutamide). That worked for 5.5 years until we figured out Erleada was making me dizzy.

First PSA test post radiation and Orgovyx
My husband had his first
PSA
test today… about a month after 28 proton radiation treatments, and over two months on Orgovyx… Result: <0.10 This seems really good to us! ( last
PSA
was 46.6 before treatment) Does it sound like a good result to all of you at this stage?

Is it normal to have high PSMA & lesions in MRI after 2 months of SBRT to spine mets, with PSA dropping on Enza that seems to be working?
The
PSA
though dropped a lot. Does PSMA Suv Max take long to dissipate? Like, dead tumor cells being eliminated slowly? Or should PSMA SuvMax have dropped dramatically? Thank you all.😘 Take care.

liver Mets, Pluvicto failed
PSA
went from 4 to 70. Latest scans show new mets to liver. Genetic testing shows ATM mutation. Where to go from here?

Post-op PSA jump .06 to 1.1
Hey guys, I'm not a math person, but this seems to be way more than "doubling." More like 18x? Not finding any literature online that addresses this big of a jump. What the...? My urologist is currently in Europe. Wondering if any of you have experienced that big of a jump and survived. (If you did

Newly Diagnosed Prostate Cancer
MRI PI RAS 5 with an extracapsular extension, cores 4/12 positive, Gleason 7 (4+3), and
PSA
4.8 (
PSA
2.2 in 2022). No involvements with lymph nodes and bones on MRI. All of these seem to put my husband in the category of locally advanced prostate cancer.

Toronto Prostate Cancer Specialist for Dad
He was diagnosed in Feb 2024 with a
PSA
of 24 and is completely asymptomatic. He is on hormone therapy with Gleason 8 and distant mets in his bones (no visceral organs). He is responding well to the medicines and is on Zytiga + Prednisone (5 mg).

Pluvicto damaging salivary glands?
Now on ADT holiday since 1-1-24,
psa
unmeasurable so far. During the treatment, had increasingly serious drymouth and nasal congestion and irritation with bleeding, which I attributed to radiation damage. Since then, there has been some, slow improvement, but still not right yet.
