My
PSA
is now below 0.1 my energy level is up and I continue to make incremental gains in my workouts and in endurance. There is a theory that if the body has zero or near zero T, it will figure out an alternate way to build muscle.

Slow rising PSA. Wait and watch?
Our doctor doesn't want to do anything unless
PSA
increases to 3-4. What do you people think?

RISING PSA
Just want to add. My last bone scan was September 2022, results were negative, no sign of cancer in bones. Last Prostate MRI was September 2022, was told cancer still contained in capsule.

Psa rising
My
PSA
has been holding fluxuating between 18 and 22. just got my last blood test back from 1/31/23.
PSA
IS 32 now. I'm looking for the best way to proceed. Found out I had Prostate Cancer in 2017 or 2018 don't remember exactly. My next appointment with my Urologist is in April.

Into the Great Unknown
At 57 when diagnosed (
PSA
5.2, Gleason 4+3, one affected pelvic lymph node per PSMA PET scan), our plan was to throw the kitchen sink at my PCa and see if we can’t knock it out.

Thoughts on switching from firmagon to lupron
Liver and kidney numbers are goo and
PSA
is undetectable. Recently, after each firmagon shot, I get body aches and feel bad for about a day-but even that is quite tolerable . MO has suggested that I consider switching to lupron as a convenience to me.

Additional Drug Choice
But my question is: Given that my
PSA
is undetectable and Testosterone is at 13, what will the additional drug do? Also, does this group have an experience taking Orgovyx with any of the three drugs and, if so, what has this been like for you? Thanks,

When to add Lynparza?
PSA
remains undetectable. I’m on Lupron and Nubeqa. Genetic testing shows my cancer has the ATM mutation, which qualifies me for Lynparza. My doc has put in order for Pluvicto, but uncertain when/if it will be available.

Three strikes and...
After prostate removal in 2014, prostate bed radiation in 2016, and whole pelvis radiation in 2021 plus Lupron, my
PSA
is .2. I'm still receiving Lupron injections and my
PSA
never dropped below .1 even after whole pelvis radiation based on a PSMA scan that targeted two avid spots.

How long does this process take?
3) How frequently will I have to do lab work (ie check
PSA
levels, anemia, cholestrol, white blood count, glucose, etc) 4) I'm assuming I'll need a bone density scan somewhere along the way to ensure no major osteoporis or to correct if there is. Yes/no?

Worsening Stress Incontinence 20 Months After Surgery?
My
PSA
is 0.02. My best guess is that physical shape has a direct impact on incontinence post-surgery and it mainly because I'm not as in as good of shape as I was when my continence was better?

Tired, sick-feeling, slightly unsteady?
My
PSA
levels remain low and steady. However, for the last few weeks I have felt weaker than normal, slightly nauseated, and a little unsteady when walking. Pretty much all day long. Does anyone know if this is "normal?" Will this pass or is this what my days will continue to feel like?

Lynparza
Been on Lynparza for one month and
PSA
is going up -was told that it is not uncommon for
PSA
to rise before it falls again. Has anyone else had this experience? Thank you.

Turmeric and PSA test
January 3rd
PSA
test was down from 3.01 to 2.71 ( Yeah!) But I read today that turmeric can caused decline in
PSA
and NOT to take it for a week before
PSA
test. Should he stop taking it now before
PSA
test next week?
