After 10 months of being cancer free my PSA has risen. Talked to MO and he says he wants me to come in for a PSMA scan again. PSA was steady at 0.04 three months ago for that 10 months. Then, it jumped and doubled in one test to 0.1.1. Has anyone had any false PSA readings post ADT.?

I was diagnosed with PC 2010 3-4 Gleason PSA 7.4! Cyberknife treatment early 2011! PSA after 3 years down to 0.068! Started slowly rising 2019 PSA 14! Had PSMA scan cancer speed to local lymph nodes! Went on ADT and had radiation. After 3 months PSA dropped to 0.06!

My psa was 6 in Feb 2023, then 10.3 in Nov 2024. Urologist found hard area on prostate during DRE in Nov 2024. I had my psa tested 8 days later last week(Dec 2024) from the 10.3 total PSA test but this time with free psa.

Original PSA before starting BAT was 12. 4 and ended with 94.32. Twelve days later first PSA number dropped from 94.32 down to 38.84. I'll get another PSA test in two more weeks. Hopefully it trends down non-detectable. What do you guys think?

Purely by accident I found that anti inflammatory pills do the job. 2024: PSA rose rapidly to 3.8 and the oncologist has put me back on ADT [eligard]. I've had 2 Pet PSMA scans in 12 months and it shows absolutely nothing. My question is, what could possibly be causing my psa to rise rapidly?

PSA at time of surgery was 7. First PSA test after surgery in December was 5.0. He went back in and had another PSA in January- 5.2. Just finished a MRI and PSMA testing session - found cancer in a nodule - not in the bones. PSA is now at 7.2. Original Gleason at surgery was deemed to be 4/3.
