I was diagnosed 02/2017, PSA 11.7 I had a radical prostatectomy 04/17, pelvic node positive Salvage radiation 06/2017 - 09/2017, PSA 0.07 Casodex 06/2017 - 06/2019, PSA undetectable during Rubraca 11/2020 - 11/2022, PSA @ start 0.19; end undetectable Observation 11/2022 - 05/2024, PSA undetectable

My psa was 6 in Feb 2023, then 10.3 in Nov 2024. Urologist found hard area on prostate during DRE in Nov 2024. I had my psa tested 8 days later last week(Dec 2024) from the 10.3 total PSA test but this time with free psa.

Before chemo 20-Aug-2024: PSA 5.02 After 1st cycle 10-Sep-2024: PSA 3.1 After 2nd cycle 01-Oct-2024: PSA 2.09 After 3rd cycle 22-Oct-2024: PSA 1.49 After 4th cycle 12-Nov-2024: PSA 1.52 I am really worried about the slight increase in PSA after 4th cycle. Please advise.

My husband has been receiving PSA tests since his prostectomy in March 2023. They have been <0.1. He just had another PSA test, but it was a screening PSA which showed 0.1. Any difference in regular PSA tests and screening PSA tests?

He repeated the psa again yesterday but received the results this morning and the psa went up slightly to 5.1 My main question I have is does this slight elevation change in psa the AS advice? Also, what’s the variation of a psa?

Purely by accident I found that anti inflammatory pills do the job. 2024: PSA rose rapidly to 3.8 and the oncologist has put me back on ADT [eligard]. I've had 2 Pet PSMA scans in 12 months and it shows absolutely nothing. My question is, what could possibly be causing my psa to rise rapidly?

Many mets to lymph nodes and bones. ( PSA was 7000+) He still has his prostate so I understand getting to undetected PSA is unlikely even though he had chemo and is now on lupron and abiraterone. PSA was dropping with a few blips until July 2024.

After one lupron injection psa gone from 4.2 9/24, .16, 11/24, < .05 12/24. Gleason 9 with one aggressive 9 core. Thank god lupron seems to be working well for now. while we address right lung adenocarcinoma. Surgery, bilobectomy 1/25.

I have been on Orgovyx and Nubeqa for11 months. my psa dropped from 45 down to 0.4 and held till now where it is jumped to 0.93. I don't see doctor till this January. Any input would be welcome.

I’ve had my PSA result; 9 month PSA measurement after radiation (with ongoing Orgovyx and Abi) and it was < 0.1 again (in Sweden and Finland they don’t do ultrasensitive PSA). Well, anyway I wanted to share good news with all fantastic members in this forum. Best wishes - Ulf

Here are my last three blood test result at the end of my 13 month ADT vacation. 2024-04-16 PSA is 0.90, Testosterone is 294 2024-05-15 PSA is 1.07, Testosterone: 294 2024-06-05 PSA is 1.67, Testosterone: 398 Found met to right shoulder blade so ADT vacation ends Began Orgovyx/Relugolix 120mg

My previous PSA was 0.6 in July 2024 and latest PSA was 4.0 Dec 2024. I'm shocked about the sharp increase in the short period. Any likely reason(s) for the spike? What are my options going forward? Many thanks.

I’m wondering if anyone was in the same boat with the tri modality and expected psa levels afterwards. I’m ready to pull the PSMA test if another rise occurs (maybe +.50) hoping this is just a spike or?
