First PSA test post radiation and Orgovyx

My husband had his first PSA test today… about a month after 28 proton radiation treatments, and over two months on Orgovyx…

Result: <0.10

This seems really good to us! ( last PSA was 46.6 before treatment)

Does it sound like a good result to all of you at this stage?

Meeting with medical oncology NP today to discuss adding Zytiga.

He might want to get a Decipher score as in this clinical trial:

That looks like an interesting trial, thanks for forwarding it...He had genetic testing by DNA-Invitae, with no significant findings.The Decipher test is performed on the tumor it self, correct? Do they test the highest Gleason tumor ? ( for him GL 5+4)

The Decipher test uses prostate tissue from his last prostate biopsy. It shows metastatic risk, not Gleason score.

Yes, I understood that it comes from the biopsy sample, from before treatment...was just wondering if they pick the highest Gleason score tumor to check the genetic risks.
