Enough Is Enough
Each day that goes by I feel like someone out there has it in for me. Everything I lay my hands on turns into $@#&!!!. What is it that I am doing? A relationship that I was in for eighteen months came to a head about a little over a week ago. The man who I had been seeing had more than bent over

If anyone needs a little encouragement today!
This is one of my go-to songs for when I feeling really down. It's a super uplifting and warm song, and the music video is incredibly sweet. Back when he was a teen, the leader singer was battling drug addiction, cutting, depression, anorexia and bulimia. He was able to get help and now he's been making

Neurology>ADHD Tied to Parkinson's-Like Disorders Link between disorders may be related to ADHD severityby JudyGeorge, Medpage Today,9/12/18
A history of attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) and its medications was tied to a higher risk of Parkinson's and Parkinson-like diseases, researchers reported. ADHD patients had a 2.4-increased risk of basal ganglia and cerebellum diseases before age 66 compared with non-ADHD individuals

Cutting Cytomel and Bioavailability
Hey there. Thought I’d ask what is probably a dumb question! I’ve been on 75mcg Synthroid for over a month and successfully titrated to and been on 25mcg Cytomel for now 12 days. Both taken together in the morning as single dose. In some ways I feel more hypo despite it being the equivalent of 150mcg

Cardiac Ablation 6/5/18
I am happy to say that the Cardiac Ablation 60 days ago went well and I have had only a few short periods of abnormal rhythm having worn a Holter for 10 days after the first month. My cardiologist is please with my progress. I feel great except I am having numbness of my feet but only when I sit too

How to cope with so much?
I've been struggling with personal problems (my dad is terminally ill, due to brain tumours), work and financial problems (he was self-employed, so I also have to work to guarantee that our income is going to be stable) and last, struggling with my depression, anxiety and ADHD at college, feeling that

Digestive Support
What are your suggestions for an upset stomach due to anxiety? I usually drink tea and use essential oils. Anything else natural that would help? Oh, I also take probiotics. Thanks!

Could I be a highly sensitive person?
I know I can't get an official diagnosis here but I think, along with Anxiety and Autism, I might be a highly sensitive person (HSP). I can often try to please others though not always, I tend to overthink and be a deep thinker, opinions that differ from mine and how people express these opinions can

Poisoned by sleep meds please advise
Need urgent advice please from South Africa. Unbearable pain... I don't know what to do. I have been drinking a sleeping tablet for 30 years, got tolerant to it and am currently on a dangerous cocktail. I don't want to die like this.... I use 15 mg Mirtazapine, 2 mg Rivotril / clonazapam, 40 mg Seroquel

Last round of ovulation induction.
So I'm back on my progesterone pills to induce AF ready to start my last injectable cycle before IVF. I'm also on the keto diet to try help reduce my insulin resistance due to pcos. I am craving chocolate. Literally all I've thought about for HOURS! Suppose that's part and parcel of the pills but I actually

Neck Tics
I have very sever neck tics that make me jerk it left and right until it pops. Im worried it will cause permanent damage. Im already feeling pain and a burning feeling around my neck. I left my old tic (Teeth grinding) thinking that was the worst my tics could get, but to be honest i prefer that one.
