Feeling depressed after EC
Hi everyone. This is my first round of ivf so I’ve found this forum so useful. I had my EC just under a week ago and a good number of eggs were collected and I’ve ended up with 2 good and 1 medium quality embryos. I’m 40 and I know I’m really lucky for this. I was unable to have a fresh transfer because

positive pregnancy test but continuous brown bleeding
Hi there. Feeling very conflicted as have had a positive pregnancy test today which I know makes me very fortunate but I have bled brown blood since my FET 2 weeks ago so pretty pessimistic about sustaining the pregnancy. It’s continuous when I wipe. The nurse at my clinic has said to continue taking

Does anyone take or have advice on taking a lactoferrin supplement to increase bone density?
On a somewhat regular basis, I search for information on increasing bone density. Today, I contacted The Bone Clinic in Australia to try to get more information about their program and to see if they have any affliates in the US. I received a reply a few hours later and am now considering signing up

Baby aspirin / other east ways to improve chances of implantation
Hello ladies, I have my second FET on Tuesday and I’m having my normal pre transfer panic that I’m not doing enough. I’ve previously had a chemical with a fresh transfer and BFN with a FET. I’ve been reading about the benefits of baby aspirin at helping implantation. I’m planning on talking

Anovulatory medicated FET success rates
Hello ivf warriors, I am having doubts before our FET. I am currently not ovulating (still breastfeeding my ivf double rainbow). Clinic is happy to induce ovulation by medication for the purposes of the transfer. I am having doubts whether there could be less chance of success given my body has not returned

2nd failed IVF -38 year old female - Tell me there is hope!
Hello everyone, I had my OTD on the 24th and it was negative after my FET on the 10th. I also had a fresh embryo transfer last year which also failed. Has anyone over the age of 38 had success with IVF? I have PCOS but have an abundance of eggs (the docs have told me this) so that’s not the problem

Interpretation of results
Hello, I have had bloods done by Blue Horizon and wondered if any kind soul could interpret these numbers for me. Have been having a lot of what I thought were thyroid symptoms weight gain, constipation, dry skin, cracked heels, nails that are weak and won’t grow, fatigue, hair fall etc as TSH is on

decapeptyl injection this week but spontaneous period has appeared
I’m due to have my decepeptyl injection on Friday to restart the process for my first FET. it’s been a few months wait, and just today I’ve had a period and worried that’s going to delay even further or if it won’t affect it, if anyone has any experience of this that would be massively appreciated! Really

how long after a miscarriage can you start new treatment?
hi all, Our 7 week scan was a week ago and sadly we saw an empty sac. We went to the epu on Saturday and discussed options for a planned miscarriage, but it came of its own accord on Sunday. Now I’m thinking about next steps and wondering how long I should wait before another fet? Mentally I feel

embryo transfer catheter
Hi all I had my second FET today (first ended in chemical) and whilst it didn’t take long, they had to swap catheters from a soft to a firmer one to get a clear path in as they struggled with the softer one. Has anyone had this happen before? I know google isn’t helpful but I naturally have been using

Worried about FET timing
Hi all, I'm currently on my first FET although I have had many fresh done before which were all unsuccessful. I am on day 10 and from ultrasound the lining is 8mm. The clinic has scheduled the transfer for a week and one days time and I am really worried this is too long given that the lining is already

In despair
I’m 38, almost 39 and about to start my 5th ivf cycle. My husband and I had a huge row tonight about how we’ve waited too long to start our 6th round. July was our last egg collection (with transfers in between) and the next will be end of feb. He’s worried that my eggs will have deteriorated drastically
