Does anyone take or have advice on taking a lactoferrin supplement to increase bone density?

On a somewhat regular basis, I search for information on increasing bone density. Today, I contacted The Bone Clinic in Australia to try to get more information about their program and to see if they have any affliates in the US. I received a reply a few hours later and am now considering signing up for their ONERO on-line program (it's not as strenuous as the weight-lighting program at the clinic because it's unsupervised, but it probably has some helpful tips) and I am going to reach out to the Orthopedics facility that I go to, when the need occurs, and see if they would consider getting a physical therapist trained to teach ONERO (this was suggested in the email reply I received) so I and others would have a place to go locally for ONERO instruction.

Additionally, I looked up whey protein and if it is good for your bones and I found this link saveourbones.com/the-whey-t... which mentions lactoferrin and I then did a little research on lactoferrin which led me to pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/251....

I don't think I have seen anyone post about lactoferrin on this website, but I am wondering if anyone has any information to share. Does anyone take it? Was it recommended by your doctor if you do take it, etc.?

I have been reaching Protein powders for awhile . I’m sorry I didn’t save any of my search results. I did learn whey is the best protein powders. My understanding is protein powders help develop muscles and muscles protect the bones and helps them from fracture. This is what I did find after reading your post. The links you posted is one of the links I found in my own research.
