I’m due to have 2nd FET next week and wondered if anybody could share the experiences of what exercise they did in the 2WW? on the first cycle I was over cautious and did hardly any which mentally wasn’t that helpful, and wondered if anyone could share if they do exercise regularly normally what they did in their 2WW? Thanks in advance😊😊

Following as I would also be interested for this information going forward. I have just completing 3 IUIs and was very over cautious, for my IUIs my clinic advised no swimming during 2WW due to risk of infection and nothing strenuous x
Helpful to know other other people feeling over cautious too, I did know about swimming and not having baths but information on what exercise you can do seems not as detailed!
It should be fine to continue exercising if you already have a work out routine but not high impact or new intense forms of exercise If still unsure check with your clinic/nurse
Thanks Janet I mainly do dance which isn’t that high intensity but over cautious and then end up stopping things that may be a helpful distraction, perhaps I should contact clinic for more advice😀
