Progesterone withdrawal
I got a BFN yesterday after a medicated FET so have now stopped all medication. I’m feeling a bit weird, headachy etc. has anyone else experienced withdrawals after suddenly stopping progesterone and oestrogen? I was on two Lubion shots, two crinone gels and five progynova tablets a day.

Endometrium with small amount of fluid
Hello! I just found out there is a small amount of fluid in my endometrium (10 X 3mm). Does anyone know what are the implications of this? I’m a bit worried I won’t be able to have my FET anytime soon…. 😕

Cyclogest x 4 day
Good morning. Because of bleeding since the day of the positive, I have been using 1800 progesterone / day (both Cyclogest + Utrogestan) in a Frozen Embryo Transfer in natural cycle (so I should also have my own progesterone from corpus luteum). I am now really worried, my pregnancy is going well but

FET tomorrow!! please share your positive experiences :D
hi all, i hope you're going strong and keeping well in your journey xx We have our FET booked for tomorrow early afternoon, I've been feeling a bit numb about it after the disappointment of our first fresh transfer, I'm sure it's a coping mechanism as I normally have a positive outlook on things. Anyway

When will get 3plus weeks on a clear blue digital
Hi everyone, I had my embryo transfer on 10/10 and have since been getting positives but am just not getting 3 plus on my clearblue digital. i had my bloods done on 23/10 and 25/10. The first been 190 and then the 465, which of course doubled. So if it’s doubled everyday other day since then I should

what was your lining thickness on day 9 or 10 on an unmedicated FET cycle?
Just wondering what I should expect at my scan tomorrow and if your lining wasn’t ready yet when did you have to go back to scan again?

Updates from Clinic - FET
Just had our second round of IVF, collected 23 eggs so had to do a ‘freeze all’ because of risk of OHSS. I had a phone call on day 1 to advise that 16 had fertilised but it’s now day 6 and I’ve heard nothing since. I just wondered how often other clinics provide updates and if this is the norm? On our

pain relief
my left knee is killing me with pain now and walking is proving difficult. I’ve a telephone appointment with my GP on Weds to see what I can get. Has anyone else been able to get reasonable pain relief whilst waiting for knee replacement op. I m only using nurofen at the moment and am conscious

Natural fet
Please can people share how many days after lh surge your clinic transfers 5 day embryo? One clinic I'm with does 5 days and other 7. How can clinics do it differently surely it should be the same wherever you go although someone told me there is a larger 'window ' for natural fets. Also do your clinics

Catabolic Wasting, Cachexia and Sarcopenia - Life Extension Foundation, Section Update: 03/2021
As most men with PCa are oldER and may be on some form of testosterone-blocking treatment, like ADT, odds are they are also struggling with the muscle-wasting and weight issues that comes with both oldER age and loss of T. This article from LEF is a very comprehensive overview of both Cachexia and Sarcopenia
