Patients with the gradually worsening disease are considered to have primary progressive multiple sclerosis or PPMS. What causes primary progressive multiple sclerosis? Just as with multiple sclerosis in general, the cause of PPMS is not known.

I have had long term UTIs arising post radiation therapy. I also have bile salts malabsorption which causes bowel issues so it’s not always easy to keep myself as clean as I would like and I have been told this is likely to be the cause of the repeated UTIs Up until recently for approx 6 years

Hi all, Is it quite common to see blood in the urine with a UTI? My doctor says so but Googling has me believe it’s a kidney infection and I’m on the wrong antibiotics. I’ve had a UTI in the past and had the burning and pain but no visible blood? Thanks

I’m wondering if anyone else has consistent blood in urine only picked up by a urine test? For the last few months I seem to get symptoms of a urine infection regularly, however when my urine is tested all that comes back is traces of blood? Feeling so anxious about it.
