It’s my first
pregnancy
. I’m 46 and it’s Double donor. I’ve just had my first NHS scan (all seems well but I have to go back next week as they couldn’t see the stomach as my little one decided after an initial.

Is it all over before I even test?
However, when I started my first FET, my clinic told me sumatriptan was not suitable for
pregnancy
and I should only take paracetamol and if really needed, dihidrocodeine if a migraine came on. I didn’t think this would be an issue as I don’t get them too often and I had planned on taking time off.

travelling in first trimester
I will be in week 7-8 of my
pregnancy
whilst we are away. I spoke to my clinic and they advised me it is safe but I guess I would like to hear some reassuring stories of people who traveled in their first trimester and that everything turned out okay.

Need mental help or support about sharing the ivf procedure with parents and in laws
Already my childhood being very traumatic with toxic parents, I don't want to share it with them until I get a positive
pregnancy
. But I talk to them every day, they are dependent on me and my brother for everything.

prednisone or not?
We’ve had a spontaneous
pregnancy
and test is very positive. During our last ivf round we had the tests for NK cells and were advised to go on to prednisone after transfer etc.

child development and maternal thyroid health
She asked me if I took antibiotics at all during
pregnancy
, which I did not. But I mentioned my thyroid condition and she said that, yes, that might (potentially) have been a factor. What / where is the data on health conditions such as this and links, if any, to maternal hypothyroidism?

Hello, I posted a couple of days ago re 3 miscarriages and suboptimal thyroid results (the screenshot). Today I've had some results back from the gp - serum B12, serum folate and serum ferritin. I am waiting for these same results (and vitD) from monitor my health. Also waiting for the full thyroid screen

2WW period
I am currently in my 2WW 8 dpt and I did a
pregnancy
test this morning around 8am which was positive the line was as dark as the test line. Then in the afternoon around 2pm I had some light pink spotting which I assumed was implantation spotting.

big (no gigantic) steps!
This move has been pushed out until July as one of the great grandchildren is still to be born and at the last scan there appears to be some issues with the
pregnancy
. Long story but she has had issues with the last two births.

Seeing her everyday change shape & people asking her questions about her

Help… too young for lap
I also have constant left sided pain following a miscarriage (unplanned
pregnancy
) which when the gynae examined put it down to my bowels - i truly believe I have endo in my bowels which causes my constant bowel issues (constipation, pain, blood in stool) which I can’t imagine will be cured by the coil

Frustrated
I don’t interact much here, but you all got me back into running after a difficult
pregnancy
and c-section! Reading you all encouraging each other gave me the courage and strength to get back out.

Please can anyone DM me recommendations for holistic endocrinologist in West Sussex area or online.
I have Graves disase with TED from 2015, two years after my
pregnancy
. I have been advised surgery in the past but my numbers aren't too bad and ideally I would like to try and achieve remission. I need an informed endo who would be supportive of my choices.

Sudden AMH drop?
However disheartening the loss was, we could then see a
pregnancy
was possible and we were determined to do another round (we were eligible for 2 on the NHS). Our clinic tested the AMH again this September as it is a requirement for the NHS funding, and it came back as 3.8!
