I'm back!!!
I am a 17 year old with IBS and
prediabetes
and want to start my weight loss journey again. I have a plan of cutting excess sugar and salt like last time as it helped, plus making a habit of having 2 glasses of water in a morning to boost metabolism along with using black coffee and green tea.

Celiac and nerve issues?
(I’m in the US) I also suffer from hypothyroidism, GERD,
prediabetes
, Cholesterol, and anxiety. I am sick of pumping my body full of meds. I’m also on the low end with my hemoglobin levels despite the fact that I no longer get a period and I follow a GF diet.

Newbie post - unexplained prediabetes.
I would really like to know what the cause is of the
prediabetes
, since it is clearly atypical, and would like to have a fasting insulin test to work out whether the problem is insulin resistance or glucose intolerance but the endo says there are no appropriate tests he can do without further symptoms

Remeron withdrawal
I have been stable on medication for almost a year, but have been wanting to get off the Remeron because of the weight gain &
prediabetes
. Over 3 months, I weaned down from 30 mg to 7.5, then discontinued. I was fine until day 4, when I woke up nauseous.
