Hello, I'd like to introduce myself, I am an active lady of 74 and I have a number of health problems, one being kidney disease and prediabetes, and a lung disease called bronchiectasis.
I am trying to find out as much as I can about the kidney disease and possible side effects of having it. I want to try I can try to inform myself so that can continue to lead an active life. I am experiencing neurological pains in my hands and feet. I understand this could be linked to possibly the kidney disease but also the prediabetes. Is there anyone on the Forum who has similar sensations in their hands and feet and how are they dealing with it. I have tried rubbing in magnesium oil which doesn't help. I have ordered some compression socks to see if they can help. My lung consultant has taken me off my long term antibiotic - colomycin for three months to see if it might have caused these side effects.
