Mercury Pharma Levothyroxine ingredients
Would anyone know if the ingredients of Mercury Pharma’s Levothyroxine have changed at all of the past few years? I’ve been taking 25 mcg for a few years now, always the same brand. I’ve been experiencing severe bloating and heartburn. Doctors can’t find the cause so I’m looking into a potential change

Morphine constipation help
Only taking 7mg of morphine. In my third month. It is helping my PLMD but the constipation is horrible, and also sedation/fatigue has set in, and while I can drink caffeine it doesn't seem to have any effect. (I wish I had stayed at 4mg--it was helping less but I had more energy and controllable constipation

Six compression fractures in lower spine
I've had six compression fractures in the last three months, all treated with kyphoplasties. On Fosamax and calcium citrate plus vitamin D3. Dexa score is -2.9. Should I be on something stronger?

Last dexa was good news
Two years ago my left femoral was -2.9, well into the osteoporosis range and my spine was .6, but nobody really knows what's going on with my spine because bone spurs which they've seen on a ct can make your spine look much better than it is. My doctor immediately suggested fosamax, but I wanted to

prucalopride - Tips
Hi Have been suffering with chronic constipation for that last 2 years, plus pain in the pelvic floor area & rectum. Mixture of pressure & burning pain. My NHS Gastro & physio appointments are currently 3/4mths apart so if I make any kind of improvement it is diminished by the time I get back to them

2 years today , no afib episodes
My last episode was a high stress move out of state 2 years ago. I'm 68. I've had afib for 10 years . Regular episodes every 6 months on average though more frequent in the early years before I got a proper diagnosis which took 3 years. I take flecainide , metoprolol , and Xarelto. No ablations. I'm

so many supplements, so much money - any advice for lowering the cost?
hi everyone, I’ve just added up how much I’m spending on ndt and supplements and it’s an awful lot of money. I wondered if anyone had advice on cheaper options or those they think are unnecessary. I’ve got hashimotos and have also been diagnosed with ME/ CFS - these are a mixture of things recommended

Suggestion if you suffer from constipation or IBS-C
If you suffer from hard, dry stools, constipation, stools that are hard to pass you can try: Magnesium Citrate This has worked for me and may help you. Besides drinking lots of water and working out, healthy diet But Magnesium Citrate is known to put water back into your stools. If you take too much

MAGNESIUM
Hi, can anyone give me advice on magnesium supplements. I have been taking Magnesium Citrate for a while for Paroxymal atrial fibrillation. Is it better to take Magnesium glycinate instead. Any advice welcome. Many thanks.
