It's a specific chemical formula so there isn't going to be a lot of difference in how they work. Things to look for:

1) Is it actually Calcium Citrate? Sol-Ray is the most widely available Calcium Citrate capsule here in the US. However, if you read the label carefully, you will find that it is actually a blend of Calcium Citrate and Calcium Carbonate.

2) What form is it? Uncoated tablets are the most common but they tend to fuzz when exposed to water, making them tricky to swallow. Coated tablets work much better but the coating is often fragile so it may still fuzz. Capsules are best but rather uncommon.

3) How large the tablets? Puritan Pride is my goto brand when they have stock, but those 250mg capsules are huge.
