Magnesium advice
Hi all I’d like to start taking magnesium but hoping to get some recommendations? I know it should be magnesium citrate, but is there a specific one people get on with? There are some horror stories in the review section of Amazon! I have got the better you oil spray. I used it for a little while but

OLD on blood results
OLD does indeed mean old. The blood sample needs to go to the lab the same day for some tests including Folate Potassium chloride and sodium. My bloods were taken in the afternoon so we’re sent to the lab the next day. A lesson that bloods should be taken early morning. I shall have them done again

Magnesium query
I’m due to buy some more magnesium. I just wondered if anyone has used an ocean source such as Together Marine Magnesium? I’m all for natural, so would prefer this product if it’s suitable. If not, does anyone have a recommendation for a decent magnesium citrate please, which is the form I usually buy

Hello! I was recommended to take a magnesium supplement a while ago. I tried magnesium citrate, which had a major laxative effect (sorry to be blunt!). I would like to try magnesium chloride, but was wondering if there is a brand for magnesium chloride anyone could recommend? I have come across Alta

Correct supplement doses
I am confused about the correct doses of vitamin K2, D3 and magnesium. I am taking all these since coming off Risedronate in August after 7 months because of side effects. My Dexa scan in March 2019 gave me a T score of -2.9 (spine). I am currently taking D3 1000iu (prescribed by Dr); Vitamin K2 600mcg

STRUGGLING WITH MAGNESIUM - any advice??
I have been using magnesium chloride for about 4-5 weeks now and while I like it in principle, I don't like the sticky feeling on my body and am never sure how much of it I am getting. I have tried both magnesium citrate and magnesium glycinate, but I suffer from very low stomach acid and every time

Hi everyone, my husband is doing the dead slow drop and was doing great until now. He is dropping from 71/2 to 7 but major anxiety and panic attacks have set in. I have a feeling this may have to do with the adrenal glands. This is going on for 2 weeks now and he's up every night at 2AM pacing the

Rectum Full Of Poop But No Urge To Go
Hi Guys, I really thought I was getting somewhere with my problem, above, but have been really struggling the last few days. I'm waiting on getting a proctogram done but have no idea when. I have tried many ways to try and alleviate this issue but am in pain and uncomfortable with this. There is no pain

Does anyone have low CO2 readings on their labs?
Curious is anyone else has low CO2 readings on your labs? Mine had been at 22 for over a year and then this last lab, dropped to 19. (My labs in general were not great with some decline. My doctor was not too concerned and said to increase my sodium citrate that I take. But, I was feeling really crappy

Just recieved my most recent thyroid, Iron and Vitamin D tests. Before anyone comments about thyroid test (FT3 was not tested) can't get Endo to think it's relevant... "sigh"! For those who don't know me I've been thyroid-less (cancer) since 10/2016 and developed debilitating Psoriatic Arthritis

Magnesium is a life saver for me! Reduced OCD!
Hi all! I've been dealing with OCD for quite a long time, almost nothing helped me to really reduce it, but several months ago I read from one reddit useu that magnesium helped him a lot with OCD. After a ton of research I found out that magnesium is actually NMDA antagonist, it's basically functioning

Low Magnesium and Zinc Levels
My magnesium level is .72 (7 - 1) and zinc is 11.2 (11.5 - 20). I supplement with magnesium citrate in evening and magnesium malate in the morning and zinc picolinate each day as they were at these levels when I had a heart attack back in 2014. I am suffering from aches and pains, weakness, muscle
