Hello.. I diagnostic with subclinical hypothyroidism before 3 years. My tsh was 6.70 the first year and 5.40 the next years,negative antibodies, some muscles and joint symptoms. My doctor give me Levo., but I try before take drags that, supplements. So after 1 year who I take take magnesium citrate 200mg, selenium 1000mg,zink piconilate 22mg,kelp, vitamins b, vitamine D3 2000iu(my blood level is 46)"",and now after 4 months my tsh go to 3.30. Iam very happy for that, I don't change nutrition or somethink else. I don't know if supplements do it or not... Of course I cut all supplements 14days before the blood test.

That is a very high dose of selenium, is it a typing error? Selenium comes in micrograms (mcg or ug) not milligrams (mg) and it's not recommended to take more than 200mcg unless you have tested and your practioner suggests taking a higher dose.

Not a good idea to take kelp unless you have tested your iodine level and are deficient, then supplement under the guidance of an experienced practioner. Iodine used to be used to treat hypERthyroidism so taking kelp (which is basically iodine) could cause hypOthyroidism if you are not iodine deficient.
Selenium 100mg. , normal level on lat test d3 is30-100. Kelp it's OK for me because iam very athletic

What difference does that make? Have you checked your iodine levels?
100mg solgar it's OK.,you can take 200/day.. Of course if you are athletic and you lose water/sweat from your body you need more iodine and minerals.You can eat more iodine without any problem. Japanese eat 2000 /day. I read here too about whey protein.... Because someone sales other type of protein... If I was take more iodine my blood test was bad, but all its good. Have i understood correctly ,that you do not take any thyroid replacement hormones ?
are you just taking the vitamins/minerals /kelp ?
