has anyone had madness when hypothyroid?
I went a bit mad 12 years ago thinking people were after me and ran away from home. I had a diagnosis of ME/CFS in 1992 and it got better 16 years later which is just when the madness started. I was diagnosed with bipolar disorder (at 44 years of age). Since then, I have had 3 episodes where I thought

Journaling failures and tips
I believe, and my neurologist and therapist have recommended, that I start journaling. This is something that I have wanted to do for decades and hoping, planning, and then failing again to start seems to create a daily source of frustration, guilt, and disappointment. If I could do one line a day that

Good news, hopefully REM
Well, I am hoping this is good news. We seem to have ppl that are struggling, so maybe this gives them "hope". I had my sleep examination (48 hours assessment) in October, and I have the results of sorts back. I will need the expert advice of perhaps Sue or Jules, if they are not too busy. The polysomnography

changed to aripiprazole
Hello ladies I hope you’re ok. I have recently changed from risperidone to aripiprazole and I have sooo much more energy. It’s made me realised how sedated I’ve been for three years on risperidone. I realise energy or aka thesis is a symptom of changed antipsychotics. I haven’t been able to sit still

I was thinking about the night it happened. And completely unconsciously, I picked up my phone and began to try to distract myself from

I really need to vent
Do you ever just not want to bother anyone else? I do, I'd almost would rather suffer in silence. I've been suffering with depression, anxiety, and adhd. The last year has been the worst after a seperation from my ex fiance with 2 kids involved. I self isolate myself and try to ignore everything. I

Serum ferritin level & RBC count help please
Hi there, just wondered If anyone could please tell me if a Ferritin level of 44ng/ml and a RBC count of 3.76 (whilst actually already taking Ferrous Fumerate 210mg twice per day) is still pretty low and ‘could’ maybe be the reason I’m still feeling exhausted/heavy tired legs?? Thank you in advance
