Anxiety??
I’ve recently had what I’m 95% sure were panic attacks. I don’t know what to and I haven’t told anybody about it. I can’t even tell my parents. I’ve been worried that I might have an anxiety disorder and took tests online (not sure how accurate they were) and all told me I had moderate to severe anxiety

Small panic attacks
So yesterday I was walking the dog like I do everyday, I got so far from my house and started thinking what if I have a heart attack while I'm walking the dog, so I turned back and stayed about 5-7 mins from my house and made me feel better ,, but that's the worse thing someone can do, you need to face

Break ups?? Walk in the park
I would like to say , yes break ups are terrible, but I would take a break up over a panic attack attack anyday of the week, I know they are similar , from the time you awake to the time you go to sleep you have that person in your mind, and it's awful and terrible, but time heals those wounds,, try

black out
Hi. I’m wondering if anyone else has experienced this. My mum who has CBS finds that when she laughs now she blacks out and feels faint. She is finding that this is happening more and more so is worrying. It’s very hard when we try and keep things upbeat but she’s scared of laughter. Any advice please

How do you manage obsessive thoughts?
I was wondering if anyone is comfortable talking about how they manage their obsessive thoughts? This is one of the things I struggle with alot. I have intrusive thoughts than then turn obsessive. Mostly it's about my past and the mistakes I've made so I'm left feeling immense shame which heightens my

Depo and panic attacks?
So, I've had my first depo provera shot last week, and today, I think I've had 3 panic attacks, all seemingly out of the blue. As far as I can remember, I haven't had one before. I do have very mild anxiety but nothing I take medication for. Are panic attacks associated with depo? Have any of you experienced

PIP ASSESSMENT
Had my pip re-assessment over the phone yesterday. A nurse did it and she was really nice and put me at ease. She didn't ask questions that weren't reasonable relating to my fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue, ADHD etc.

I don’t have fibromyalgia ( I am so sorry you do) but yes my blood pressure medicine Clonidine makes me shake (my insides shake) .it’s awful
check the side effects of your medicine ( all of them) perhaps your doctor can switch you to something else with less side effects 🙏I’ll pray for you. I can relate

Is late night snacking a symptom of PD or something else? Is it a concern? + Need stability for insomnia
I'd say dad has insomnia in a sense that when he goes to sleep, he might be able to get 1-2.5 hours after his bedtime medications and gets up to pee almost every hour, even if he's on a strong sedative like Seroquel. After each bathroom trip, he has a harder time falling asleep so he does a little late
