When will it end?
I'm new here and I'm a new mom who experienced PP for the first time with my baby boy. It was horrific! It has been about 6-7 months since I was released from the hospital. I am constantly having set backs with depression and intrusive thoughts. I have horrible flashbacks of things I did and said during

acid reflux
Hi there, I had an oesophagectomy 3 years ago. I take Lanzoprazole 30mg twice daily. I am having the most vile acid reflux, it wakes me up and then I am unwell for 2 - 3 days afterwards. I have had a barium swallow, and a chest x-ray, nothing was found on these. Has anyone any tips for stopping the acid

HIV Anxiety
Hello, I was wondering if I could get other stories from anyone who suffers from anxiety around contracting HIV. I consider myself well educated around sexual health but nevertheless experience crippling anxiety. I engage, infrequently, in what is classed as low risk activity, or low risk activity

W9R3 done!!!
I’ve done it! Thanks to this fantastic programme!! I would never have believed it back in January, when I first stumbled on to this programme. It probably took me longer to actually make a start on the than to do it. Absolutely chuffed to haved completed W9R3! The rest sounds like an Oscar acceptance

Is anyone in the UK in Private care?
Hi all, Just a quick question. Is anyone here in the UK on a private health system for their anxiety/PTSD/Depression? If so, who with and are they good? I am looking for a private provider as I am getting a lot worse but apparently because I am not high risk as I don't want to kill myself (their words

Day after - Chlamydia
Hi, if I was exposed to Chlamydia yesterday - would a doctor give me the treatment given it's highly possible it'll develop? I.e. Can they give a PEP style treatment for post-exposure?

Hoping someone can help me. I have a diagnosis of limited cutaneous systemic sclerosis, which was diagnosed about 3 years ago have been relatively ok until recently, when I started to develop problems with my oesophagus. I'm still waiting for the results of my barium swallow, which apparently can't

Recovery positive affirmations
Many of us with PTSD suffer from other chronic or severe acute maladies. I am in recovery from a severe bought of asthma that began with virus and bronchitis in January. I already have cptsd and so this illness has added to the trauma. Found this channel on YouTube and am listening to this particular

Im new to this...
Hiya, Ive always been a genuinly happy go luck, very much carefree girl But since entering my third year of uni Ive just not felt myself. I go through bouts of feeling completely fine and then get this spaced out feeling that leads to lack of concentration which leads to not being able to contribute

ECT - thoughts and opinions please?
Hi all. I haven't written for a while as I have been struggling with anxiety no depression again and wondering why since I have continued with my medication but have started with my symptoms again. ECT was suggested in the MBU but I never went through with it. I have had an appointment with my consultant

Swallowing problems
I'm new here, and have really enjoyed reading everyone's posts. I've never spoken to anyone with scleroderma, and it's really reassuring to know that there are other people out there going through a similar experience to me. I was diagnosed with scleroderma about 3 years ago now, and so far have mostly
