Recovery positive affirmations

Many of us with PTSD suffer from other chronic or severe acute maladies. I am in recovery from a severe bought of asthma that began with virus and bronchitis in January. I already have cptsd and so this illness has added to the trauma. Found this channel on YouTube and am listening to this particular affirmation. I find it very calming.
