For a week now iam getting shakey headaches need sleep but scared because I keep going dizzy and getting tinkles in my face dose anyone get these simtoms I suffer with PTSD

I don't suffer from PTSD but I do suffer from anxiety and depression and have similar symptoms. I get tingling in my face as well so you are definitely not alone, I also get headaches and I have many more symptoms as well. Have you gone to a doctor to see if maybe they can prescribe you something to sleep?

Iam so sorry that u suffer like me iam to scared to go doctors I don't go out side due to the PTSD but I don't know what to do I feel ashamed for feeling this way xx

Don't ever feel ashamed! It's your reality so you must face it, maybe you can ask someone to go to the doctor with you that way you won't feel so scared. You must get help if you want to get better. Being on here is a great start you can always come on here and vent and talk to others when you need to, but you must also see a professional that can assist you with your PTSD.

Sorry, I have never had those symptoms. But PTSD is a clever creature...with many types of symptoms.

I have been diagnosed by more than three psychiatrists that I have classic PTSD. Please contact your treating physician if you have not informed him/her about how you are feeling...maybe you aren't PTSD, but classic anxiety.

Sometimes I have read that the diagnosis of PTSD is overlapping into anxiety disorders, and maybe your treatment needs to adjusted. I definitely wish you well, and actually, hope maybe you are not PTSD....
