I am mainly concerned about my

symptoms and also things like sex drive and depression - I am only 39 and nowhere near menopause yet.

Complaining about care from Gynaecologist in Surrey

test results, any advice please .
She has been exhausted for some time now & there is
PMDD
in our Family My Mum & Sister suffered terribly with it & we have been looking at that as a reason for her problems & how best to treat that . Would seem though that she has much more going on .

pain in ribs during period
my doctor gave me the implant which has helped but I have been concerned I have something like
PMDD
as well because my mood before a period is so terrible. Anyway, my main question is about pain in my ribs before and during a period.

IUD removal with general anaesthetic
I have also had a lot more bowel issues than before and my
pmdd
is much worse (also not diagnosed but my notes mentioned suicidal thoughts before my period, she fitted me with a hormonal mirena anyway) My IUD has helped with heavy bleeding and my back pain... but now that I am so much bigger I fear

Does anyone else have breast implants
Four months after mine were done I developed
PMDD
(severe PMT X1000) and I can remember googling at the time to see if my implants were the cause but nothing came up back then, in recent years I developed an underactive thyroid and more recently functional B12.

CLL treatment and early menopause
I'd be grateful for any advice, experience, or empathy on this one—I'm only 40 but my symptoms seem consistent with either perimenopause or
PMDD
. It doesn't help that I'm in a foreign country of course.

panic attacks and missing work
I have panic attacks, possibly
pmdd
, and while the treatment I’m on is usually helpful about one to a few days a month I have attacks with obtrusive thoughts of self harm that break thru.

still waiting for hospital referral and unsure what to do…
They put me on anti depressants as I’m diagnosed with
PMDD
which is helping however this is taking over my whole life and I have no idea how long I’ll be kept waiting. Does anyone have any advice? I’ve had a look at private healthcare but it’s so expensive. I just don’t know what else I can do.

Not being heard
The last time I talked to the GP about my mood and whether I could have
PMDD
she just said that I’m already referred to gyno so I can speak to them. It’s a long ramble I’m afraid, if anyone has any advice that you think might be useful I’d love to hear it. Thanks

Does the Mirena increase PMDD symptoms?
Hi, I am a 45 year old woman who was diagnosed with
PMDD
in 2020. That same Psychiatrist recommended the Mirena to help manage the
PMDD
and the heavy periods. It did lighten the cycle with quite a few side effects including headaches, spotting every day for 1 year.

My OCD has gotten so bad
I'm starting a new hormone balancer as well which might be the cause of this since I do have
PMDD
, but I'm just worried this won't go away before my 30s. Thanks everyone!

Struggling with Premenstrual Symptoms & Hypothyroidism
Without diagnosing myself, I suppose it’s Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder (
PMDD
)? I could be wrong. I’m contemplating getting the copper coil for contraceptive purposes.
