Second three month decapeptyl shot

Hi,

I would really appreciate some advice please.

I'm due my second three month shot of decapeptyl next week. It will be exactly 12 weeks.

However I'm going on holidays the following week. Is it likely I will get another strong reaction like I did for the first two weeks initially.

For background I had some 'old endo' diagnosed during a salphinectomy 7 yrs ago and have had now a year of bad symptoms pmdd Swelling pain... I'm on decapeptyl with add back to see if I get a reponse and have found it OK. It took the full 8 weeks to kick in so i think I need another 3 months to be sure if it makes a good improvment.

Any advice on how tolerable the second shot is would be really helpful.

Hi there, pity you didn’t receive any responses as I am searching for answers on this. It took me 8 weeks for the initial 3 month injection to kick in too. I have recently had my second and now have a period. How did you get on after yours?
