COVID blocking HRT absorption

Hi,i had a totally hysterectomy 1st April and it took me a long time to settle on HRT as I’m 35 who had pmdd anyway and osteoporosis however I was settled using the Lenzetto spray and progesterone tablet however I found during covid it attacked my weakest areas and blocked the absorption of the HRT flaring like previous end and still feels like I’m permanently on my period the old pains and nerve issues as now I am absorbing the HRT and it’s been too strong. I’ve learnt and dropped the oestrogen down so hopefully it will settle.

The covid gave me violent liquid toilet issues so I can see why it would of stopped me absorbing it along with my body fighting the virus.has anyone else had this issue not just HRT but your contraceptive pills etc causing problems with hormones?

I also went back to full menopause symptoms with spots on my chin which I never get only pre period before hysterectomy, crawling skin, not sleeping, burning up so it’s been a rollercoaster as I had just got it settled prior to covid messing it all up.
