Back to C25K....
I got to W9R2 but got this
plantar
fasciitis
issue and a pain in my left leg. So quit to heal that which both did after about 3 months. Then you know how it goes, days into weeks, weeks into months. I got lazy again.

Week 9 run 3 completed today!
However, I still ended up with achilles tendonitis and
plantar
fasciitis
. I got myself some orthotics and a good pair of trainers, iced and stretched regularly and finally the pain was gone. In early October I turned on the TV and it was the day of the London Marathon.

Microvascular Disease / Syndrome X
Hi, I'm new to this forum. I have chest pain/discomfort most days and am very restricted in what I can do. I get breathless and tightness in my chest when I try to do things that most people would take for granted, including light housework, light gardening, lifting/pushing/pulling most things heavier

Plantar Fasciitis
Any tips for getting rid of
Plantar
Fasciitis
(a painful heel)? I have had it since September 21, probably caused by digging in inappropriate footwear, and although it's slowly getting better, it ain't gone yet. My previous bout 30 years ago took six months before I hardly noticed it.

Post Covid run
I then developed
plantar
fasciitis
and had a 7 month break from running. I started C25K again in January and got to W8R3 ( already ran 30 mins as my podcast got interrupted) then I tested positive for Covid.

Chronic tendinopathy - anyone else experiencing this? Any suggestions as to how to fix?
I also developed
plantar
fasciitis
around the same time. I don't really get much pain - some discomfort sometimes and the achilles and tendons in the top of my foot often feel very stiff. There was no injury that led to this.

Back to running after 1 week break
So Iām due to run week 7 run 3, but have had to take a week off due to
plantar
fasciitis
and coming down with a stinking cold. Iām not sure whether I should just āgo for itā and try my scheduled run, or if I should go back and repeat any previous weeks runs first?

But Iām now struggling with

Perhaps running is not for me
I started the programme in July 2020 and have never managed to finish it because of various injuries/ problems, including hip and knee pain,
plantar
fasciitis
and shin splints.

New to this - but
At times I was walking 8-10kms a day & had to take some time off with
plantar
fasciitis
. On reflection itās seemed like Iāve spent the last year or so collecting symptoms, joints, muscles etc most of which have been crazily sporadic without any particular correlations.
