Oh it’s getting dark in the mornings, don’t like dark mornings and nights early dark. Feel safer in morning as at least it’s getting lighter by the end of my walk and no one really going about. Went my 7.66 walk along main road, surprisingly how much traffic on the road at 6.30 , must be going to work at hospital nearby. Walked past the duck pond and at top of hill bumped into Mr D on his 10 km Garmin run for October. Passed all the horses and rabbits in field and still not meeting anyone else on my walk, passed by the park and home ,all pavements I walk . First in house so my turn to start brekkie etc. My time was 1 hour 15 mins, pace about 15.39 minutes per mile. I put my time for my walks in if I remember to ( not parkrun) for the 5 km part of it. Now on 99 not parkruns .
Rest my back and feet after digging last potatoes up and just in case I have plantar fasciitis as something snapped under arch.
have a good Sunday 🙂

Your walks always sound so great, also with partner. Apart but together, I do love that and we do that as well, with me running - him walking.
We have breakfast protein smoothies nowadays, so not so much work in the kitchen but as the cold dark mornings draw near, we might switch to hot porridge.
Keep those feet happy and pampered! Sending you some healing wishes!
