Good morning beautiful ladies 😀 This week I started my Taxol and Herceptin cocktail. Being my cancer mutated from HER2 low to HER2 positive with progression to liver this seems like the most head on approach. This is certainly a drastic change from what I was experiencing on Ibrance and Letrozole

Update on neuroendocerine prostate cancer mets to liver.
As mentioned previously my husbands prostate cancer has now metastasised to his liver. He also has bone mets. He had 6 cycles of Etoposide and Carboplatin. This combination of chemo worked very well. As we are looking at getting Pluvicto for his bone mets we also organised an FDG scan. (As advised on

Cortisol questions
As I've just done my cortisol tests I've been pondering things. 1) How quickly do cortisol levels change? I know they change throughout the day but do they change week to week? Could my cortisol, for example, come back ok this week but if I do it next week the results would be dreadful? 2) if my results

BC Update with GP.
First I rang Macmillan and they thought it very odd my cancer had gone from high to low. So rang my consultants secretary and she was not there, the people in charge said they were not qualified to help. I saw my GP today and like myself had a letter with no details at the top, this matters because

any secondary cancers after thyroidectomy?
I’m just wondering if anyone has been diagnosed with a secondary cancer - particularly renal or bladder - after having thyroid cancer. I have read the chances are raised but I can’t find out by how much. I’m currently undergoing investigation. thank you x

GP cancelled my free prescriptions as doesn't classify ET as a blood cancer, and even if it was, I'm not recieving ongoing treatment!?
Well Folks, I've got a personal battle to fight with my GP.... Having recently recieved a letter from the NHS Business Services Authority informing me that my NHS Medical exemption certificate is about to expire - the one I was allocated when originally diagnosed with ET - the letter requested that

Is Ozone Therapy effective?
I have a close friend who I respect her opinion and she insists that Ozone Therapy would help fight cancer. What say the great minds here? Happy holidays, need help, exhausted after med change
Hi friends, I last posted after raising my meds a bit 5 months ago. Was doing ok on that but still needed a little T3 so tried adding liothyronine (again) and it felt good for a while but then started up with side effects after a bit. I was doing a tiny amount...started with 2.5 mcg daily and then tried
