My story: AFib, Covid and the jabs
Sometime ago, someone on this forum wanted to know more about how AF, the virus and shots interact. That's an important question. I want to share my own story, not to open up a debate but to try to address that question from my own experience. I apologize for the length. I was diagnosed with fast

Pelvic congestion
I have had pelvic pain for 3 years. Seen many Specialists. Am having pelvic physio and regular physio. It is not Pudendal neuralgia nor other nerve issues. Latest MRI said I have a lot of vascularity in my pelvis which might be the cause. I believe that means pelvic varicose veins. Can anyone throw some

Learning to go to the bathroom again
On September 19th 2022 my understanding of my manhood changed. I now spend my days three times a week going to physical therapy learning how not to let myself. I'm hoping there are other people out there that can help me from their experiences. Happily married for 31 years so I'm lucky there, thank God

NRC OK 5k ššššāļøš
The above is the name of the NRC run I just did and it was anything but just ok! Thank you Oldflossfor reminding me that CB does some great guided runs, I donāt know why Iāve let the NRC slide a bit recently. He reminded me itās ok to feel certain ways, and that itās also really ok to accept that

I just want to SCREAM
I was forced to give up my job that I have been with for 20 years 14 months ago due to severe arthritis in both hips. I was told that surgery wasn't an option due to my weight. I was able to go back to a desk job when a position became available 5 months later. Despite losing over 100 lbs and doing everything

just back from my physio swim session where new hair dryers have been installed in the changing rooms and posh new bins. Both items are activated by push buttons and in the instance of the hair dryer the button requires continued depression to operate. Needless to say stiff, sore, swollen thumbs
