Learning to go to the bathroom again

On September 19th 2022 my understanding of my manhood changed. I now spend my days three times a week going to physical therapy learning how not to let myself. I'm hoping there are other people out there that can help me from their experiences. Happily married for 31 years so I'm lucky there, thank God I couldn't imagine trying to find a new relationship. Anyway I got a little off point here. Most days I'm depressed because I can't tell if I got to go or not go therapies helping but there's got to be a better way, I know be more patient. Just need a friendly person to speak to.

Where are you located? You'll find sympathetic ears in a PCa support group.

you are doing PT 3x/week? It is very likely to get better with that. And if not, you can move to the sling or an AUS.

Not what you're looking for?
