Muscle pain in leg
Hi So today I did week 2 run 1. It was hard I won’t lie as I’m a total newbie but I got through it. Only problem I’m having from the start is the muscle in my foot leading to my right leg. It’s hurts each time I fast walk and run. I thought it would be fine by week 2 but it’s still really hurting.

New to this group
Hi, I have suffered with anxiety/ panic attacks and it stops me from sleeping, This started about 10years ago. To be honest I have been great for the last year but last night it came back and I knew I was going to suffer, it’s been on my mind all day. I know when I go to bed soon I will have to get up

Fear of death.
So my anxiety and panic attacks have been very frequent lately, and I’m waiting to see a doctor. But I have this horrible feeling that I’m dying or that I’m going to die either in my sleep or pass out during the day and just never wake back up. It’s 2am and I can’t even sleep when I have work tmw morning

Lexapro 20 MG and Trazadone 50 mg
Hi! Just joined because I was prescribed Trazadone today to take at night for my insomnia driven from depression. I have been on Lexapro 20 MG for years for depression and anxiety and overall it’s been fine, however, I do have relapses with depression from time to time and sometimes still anxiety attacks

I finally stood up for myself!
Yesterday I finally called my mother about how horrible she has ben to all her children. I mean screaming at us for 5 days straight. She would use gods will to her advantage. I was in a cast from my neck to my groin and had to wear braces and use a walker to move about. I was recovering from

Agoraphobia
Does anybody here have agoraphobia or your panic disorder is triggered from being in rural areas? My job requires me too live in a small town (less than 1000) which is roughly 85 miles from a larger town of maybe 10,000. Where I live there really isn’t a hospital, but a “clinic”, which really not set

Help- Here we go again.
I have been doing great for someone under constant anxiety and constant physical symptoms. I’ve even been forcing myself to get out a little more and just taking baby steps because I’ve become agoraphobic. The physical symptoms started to calm down for the most part until recently my grand mother was

When you have an anxiety or panic attack, how do you channel it? What do you use to make this moment of lack of control more bearable? I try to calm down, see what parts of my body are being directly affected, I occupy my mind a little with things from my house, if it is too late at night I do some stretching

Mmc results in... Trisomy 9. Anyone had this and gone on to have subsequent normal birth?
Discovered my amh has dropped from 45.2 to 24.3 in just 11 months. Shocked at the dramatic drop but still high for my age at 39. Had the results of my mmc today. Trisomy 9. Been told this is rare and chance of recurrent miscarriage low. She was a baby girl. Although has been found wrong with me fertility

When life gets you down
I go thru periods of situational and adjustment disorder depressions. Sometimes they get so debilitating that I’m anxious, stressed and overwhelmed all the time. I get to the point where I shut down and isolate. Then it’s meds and therapy. It’s like a cycle every 4 years lately and can last 3 to 6 months

Sad and hopeless
I don’t understand this. I woke up one day to go to work and when I stood up out of bed this strange sensation washed over me. It felt like warm water pouring over me down my body and through every limb, fingers, n toes. Then I went to the bathroom to puke. I’ve been sick with anxiety n depression ever
