All our anxieties are from fear of fear because we think we are not in control it only takes few seconds to let the thoughts come in and the palpitations start and all different thoughts it’s like a continuing fight but with our minds but this is wh I think we should have faith and strength not not let these thoughts control us we control our thoughts it’s hard but we will firstly I take deep breaths in out to relax then occupy my brain with other things than illness it’s a battle but hopefully we will be winners

I take deep breaths as well it makes the anxiety go down alot quicker im now trying to get to where i dont freak out cause thats what i usually so which makes it worse
