Hi im just wondering if anyone has been put on pentoxifylline 400mg 1 tablet once a day for adenomyosis. I have a fet coming up the end of January 2024 and have been taking this medication for the last couple of months. Anyone ever taken it before and did it help you get a positive. Thanks

Does anyone know anything about pentoxifylline, used to treat in post-radiation fibrosis, and it's affect in a patient with liver disease? I don't know why I'm even asking. It can't be OK? Pentoxifylline is supposed to increase blood supply and improve fibrosis. Or where to get more information?

Also anyone given Pentoxifylline -trental to help with fibrosis? I thought I read diabetes should not take Vitamin E....my gastroenterologist Physicians assistant prescribed both of these for me.

I eventually got started on a new regime of Oestrogen patches,oestrogen tabs, viagra tabs and pentoxifylline tab to build up my uterine lining for DE FET after an abandoned cycle early March due to my uterine lining not going beyond 4.5mm.

I am also on Pentoxifylline 400mg. It's purpose is to help the blood flow more freely through narrowed arteries. It increases the oxygen that can be delivered by the blood. I will be on this for several months.
