Drug for post radiation fibrosis

Does anyone know anything about pentoxifylline, used to treat in post-radiation fibrosis, and it's affect in a patient with liver disease?

I don't know why I'm even asking. It can't be OK? Pentoxifylline is supposed to increase blood supply and improve fibrosis.

Or where to get more information? It still seems fairly experimental in Canada.
