My pelvic pain synopsis

So I am a fellow pelvic pain sufferer and after huge amounts of research and trying things and a multitude of discussions with people,I think I am seeing the light somewhat.I myself am a Certified mind/body/lifecoach,which I decided to do because I think so many of us are disconnected from the damage our emotions/lifestyle can do on our body.It is absolutely absurd the amount of ignorance the medical professionals have on these issues so we will have to educate them and each other as so many people are getting wrongly diagnosed and going to multiple doctors as well as having unessesary procedures as I have myself have experienced .I have spoken to David McCord who endorses his DCT method that some people are mentioning here and although it is on the peripheral amongst treatments it also makes sense as a part of a holistic approach.I myself am finding that as well as going to pelvic pt,using a muscle relaxer minimally,trying cbd oil,trying a tens or therapeutic ultrasound ...diaphramic breathing and stretching...about to try some internal compounded valium and perhaps ultimately Botox,that everyone responds to things differently and all of these things and more are part of making us feel better.Some of us will have flare ups and at least now we have learned some tools to use to help....some of us will take a shorter amount of time to get better some of us may always have some kind of ongoing symptom it may take longer to get better ,however I feel the body wants to heal and with a lot of effort on our part along with other methods of help and being able to connect on forums like this I believe we can all feel somewhat better
