Hi. Has anyone had a MRN- which is a MRI Neuro graphy to diagnose issue with pudental nerve? I know a diagnostic pudental nerve block can be done but am wondering if there is an actual test that someone had that can find “where” the pudental nerve is being compressed or entrapped ? UK drug companies fined £260m for inflating prices for NHS
First thing to note - this covers hydrocortisone - NOT liothyronine. However, the basis of de-branding, at least superficially, is extremely close to the liothyronine issues. Whilst £260 million is a lot of money - the NHS was over-paying by up to £80 million each year. I wonder how the totals costs

Shingles Vaccine
I have just been offered the Shingles Vaccine and have concerns about having it as it's alive vaccine as I understand people with APS should avoid live vaccines. Has anyone had this vaccine and was there any side effects .

I've lost all hope.
I am so fed up and at the end of my rope. I have been trying to get treatment for over five years now. There have been several GPs (due to the first one leaving the practice and Covid necessitating using who you are given). There have been several gynaecologists and scans. I get told one thing and

Back in action. Again.
I’ve had a few stays on the IC this year. Nine days ago I felt a twinge in my left ankle during a 6km run. I completed it but later in the day it was swelling and aching. I realised it was an attack of gout which surprised me because 1) I take a daily anti-gout pill 2) I haven’t had an attack for 5
