Last night I called up the army reservists

The previous night was horrendous and I had to try something different a new form of attack. The enemy was formidable and attacked from the left flank this time yesterday it was the left

It did take me by surprise ( the left leg is normally affected by the rls) but I was ready this time. Here was my plan of campaign

1 diet no sugar what so ever

2 no caffeine

3 moderate exercise ( limited by the extreme heat)

4 relaxation

5 a heated gel pack to place on the effected region coupled with massage

6 use my tens machine which had been hiding in the cupboard for the last year or so

7 diversion tactics ie crosswords and reading

At 12.30 am I thought our lines would be breached but we held fast and repelled the attack we fell back for Rand R and lo and beyond it was 5am and the battle was one!

To celebrate after breakfast at 6am we retired for a well earned rest TIL 9am!
