Depression and thyroid
I know there is connection between depression and hypothyroidism ( been on100mgm levothyroxine for years) but many doctors don't seem to want to address this. I have arranged a private test because my GP always says my results are normal, so there's nothing more to discuss. I feel l need to know

Is this heaven?
Over the years I've seen bits and pieces while channel surfing. But I always thought Field Of Dreams was a stupid idea for a movie so never watched it beginning to end. Today I caught the last 15 minutes and bawled like a baby. I blame the Parkinson's effect on my brain. So one more sign of

Morning everyone, I just wanted to share this book as I find it helps,if even only a little. I have had the worst couple of months where my anxiety has crippled me. I had the worst fear & felt the worst was about to happen every single day. The catastrophic thoughts were constant. I am now being tapered

Bad panic attack with embarrassment
So I'm just babbling, I don't know that I expect anyone to read all of my ramblings or reply, but I do think it'd help to write out what's in my head. There's always the chance someone will find some part of it useful. I was having a difficult time yesterday and I've come to the conclusion that I repress

Laziness or Depression?
I’ve been in bed for a couple days now. The only thing I get up to do is Eat, shower, restroom and occasionally play video games and play with my cat and dog. I feel ok, I do watch some TV shows and videos that make me laugh, I text my friends and family as well. Just not sure if I’m just being lazy

Will I develop AFib if I have sleep apnea?
Does being diagnosed with sleep apnea automatically mean I will have AFib? Super anxious here. I’m 19 and awaiting on a sleep apnea test in July. Don’t know how long I have it but do recall episodes of shallow breathing when I was younger.

Daytime Parahypnagogia
Hi all, I wondered what your thoughts were on this phenomenon and has anyone else experienced it? Apparently it occurs in 10 - 15% of people. https://www.researchgate.net/publication/8693347_Daytime_parahypnagogia_A_state_of_consciousness_that_occurs_when_we_almost_fall_asleep The description is this

Switching anxiety meds
I have had anxiety for most of my life that I can recall-and have been on an SSRI since I was 18. I recently (2months ago) started to have breakthrough anxiety and panic attacks due to being back in school. I have tried everything I can to make them go away but they won’t. So I decided to call my doc

wiped out after second pfizer jab
Ten days after my second pfizer jab i went dowhill rather quickly. Exhaustion, stiffness and pain in lower back, buttocks and groin. I have been getting flares regularly over the last year, this seems to be much worse. I've gone up to 21mgs deflazacort which doesn't seem to do much. I'm left pretty

Anxiety
HI! I am feeling super anxious right now! I feel like I can barely breath and I feel like I have a lump in my throat from trying to cry. The reason for this anxiety is that I have work tomorrow and I am super nervous about it. Tomorrow is going to be my second day, so as you can imagine I am nervous

Anyone with driving anxiety
I have been dealing with driving anxiety for about 5 years now. I am tired, and takes a lot of energy to battle this. I am looking for ways to get the negative thoughts n fear out ofy head while driving. Anyone else out there I would love to hear from you.
