Morning everyone, I just wanted to share this book as I find it helps,if even only a little. I have had the worst couple of months where my anxiety has crippled me. I had the worst fear & felt the worst was about to happen every single day. The catastrophic thoughts were constant. I am now being tapered off mirtazapine from tomorrow, I am on quitiapine which has really helped with the constant thoughts. I came accross this book it’s number 1 in the top 10 for anxiety and panic disorders. I thought I knew loads about mental health having studied it, but this book really gives so much in depth advice aswell as techniques and strategies. It has something for everyone, as well as further reading recommendations. It is on Amazon. It’s a big book and has a lot of reading but I feel it’s got to be worth a try. I have the Fourth Edition and in 2019 I worked in it and felt a light come on and it stayed on for 6 months and then I don't know what happened but I've been reading it again trying to find that spark again. Very good workbook I bet the seventh edition is better than what I got. Looking on Kindle in a little bit. Thanks for re-reminding me!!!
