5 year anniversary
Today officially marks the 5th year since my
panic
and anxiety
disorder
began. Nothing to really celebrate here and kinda makes me a little sad it's been this long. I'm not sure how I even managed to make it this far.

No sleep in hospital
So my dad is currently weaning down with trach on and he’s breathing on his own today with some help of oxygen, so we’re doing good there. But he hasn’t slept in 48 hrs. I know he doesn’t sleep well at night anyway but not this bad. I know sleep schedule can get really messed up being in ICU and things

Unusual symptoms -- could this be mast cell?
It is absolutely not an anxiety or
panic
disorder
. We've ruled out nearly everything, which is why we were wondering if it could be a strange part of mast cell disorders that no one talks about.

Sadness, a lot on this day of the of the week
Hi there. :) I have not written in the while. Recently, I have the new psychiatrist: himself is excellent, most excellent. However, my husband and I meet somebody who we think is the excellent, most excellent friend. No. Herself is an idiot. Once I answer herself's questions, herself attends it of not

Equality for everybody, stop the fighting and learn to live in peace and harmony.
For the people who read my posts and follow me, they know from one of my previous posts just how competitive I have been over my life with various sports and how many different competitions I entered being such an athletic person in my youth and virtually unstoppable and unbeatable. It does sadden me

Treating sleep apnea with CPAP therapy is associated with lower risk of heart problems
Findings from a recent study show that patients with untreated, moderate to severe obstructive sleep apnea had a higher risk of experiencing a cardiovascular event, but the risk of incident heart problems was decreased in those who used CPAP therapy. Results show that people with moderate to severe

Engaging in Panic
I think what triggered my recent panic attack was the lack of sleep, tiredness and caffeine. I’m debating if I should continue to do that so my mind can get used to it and be easier to control my anxiety.

Don’t know what to expect
I was diagnosed with PSP and CBD in December 2020 . I haven’t had much support from the medical profession, and don’t know what to expect regarding end of life care. I started to have symptoms about 4-5 years ago and my condition is quite bad now, with sight problems, extreme tiredness, and frequent
