hello all I’m new to this and thought I would give this forum a go and see how living with anxiety affects other people as well as myself as I know a lot of people have these disorders. suffering from panic disorder for long time. day's ago decided to face my fear . It's make me anxious all the time with less physical symptom . Any suggestions?

Hello all, Does anyone have tips for coping with Panic disorder symptoms without medication? And or does anyone have tips for managing a panic attack while driving and or out in public? I trialed a few medications and they did not work well with my body (I had sensitivities that were severe).

A couple years ago I was diagnosed with agoraphobia, panic disorder, OCD, social anxiety, and MDD. I used my faith as my strength in getting through my days and pray for strength to become a better version of myself.

Been living with generalized panic disorder for almost 20 years. Started with a severe panic attack while I was driving. Took months to get back to driving on my own again, after psychiatrists, therapists, medications. Still I have had trouble driving.

I am exhausted of trying to explain how I feel and what having panic disorder is like. I have had 25+ years of this. I am so done. I guess I want to find others who truly understand how all consuming and horrific living with panic disorder and anxiety can be.

I’ve just been diagnosed with anxiety disorder and panic disorder. And it’s affecting my daily functioning and I can’t focus , I’m scared, worrying about unnecessary things. Is it curable? Any help to survive this situation , perhaps things I could do to help me straighten up. Thank you!

I have panic disorder and agoraphobia. They say that stress can cause heart attack takotsubo syndrome even if I have a healthy heart. I'm constantly afraid of being scared because of this situation, please help me in case I get too scared and die.

I have severe anxiety and panic disorder (among other things). My internal voice says the worst things to me, which often leads to my daily waves and panic & anxiety. I’m trying to learn techniques on how retrain my brain to where that negative voice doesn’t have [i]ALL[/i] the power.

I have had panic disorder since I was a child. It comes after stressful periods. I seem to have more symptoms that those that are physical. I feel like nothing is real and I'm making everything up. I feel very isolated. Anyone else feel this way?

hi, im someone who has been diagnosed with a panic disorder. I've always had panic attacks since I was around 10. The attacks have always been debilitating and the triggers have evolved with time.

I had health with panic disorder, anxiety, and Tourette’s for some time now, but have noticed a big turn in how I can manage. Last year I began planning a trip to Australia so my partner and I could go and meet his family.

I deal with panic attacks and panic disorder. I haven’t had a panic attack since I started my Lexpro a few months back until last week on Friday.
