Feelings of disconnect continue
Good morning, I’m on 100 mg of Zoloft and Ativan three times a day (total of 1.25). Every morning I wake up it feels like I’m disconnected from myself. This feeling has now continued at times during the day. I’m currently attending an intensive outpatient mood program at the Mayo Clinic. The therapists

Can’t Wait to be This Happy Again
I have so much determination now. My OCD, panic disorder, and hypochondria is NOT going to get the best of me. I’m going to get better, and live a happy life. Though it’ll be hard, I am so extremely motivated. EMDR therapy, Exposure and Response therapy, and meditation are just a few steps I’m going

Smoked too much, and now have anxiety problems
Hey everyone I'm fairly new here and wanted to know more about the topic of weed associated with anxiety. It started in October, a close friend of mine has been really into smoking recently and wanted me to join along. I had an edible and smoked quite a bit. I had only smoked a few times before this.

Disconnect on Zoloft and Ativan
Good morning, I’ve been on Zoloft and Ativan for a little over five weeks. At times I feel very spacey and disconnected from reality. Almost like I’m watching myself and the people around me. As if I’m in the third person. I’ve asked the psychiatrist this question and he states it’s anxiety. I feel

Choosing between a job you have and a job offer you received causing anxiety and to be depressed
I don’t get it. To make a long story short, I hate when I feel this way I can’t stand it, and I know the anxiety part is making that worse. I was offered a new job that has good benefits and more money. The job I have now I do like in a way, but I’m taken advantage of, and it makes me depressed. I hesitate

Anxious Dry-Heaving/Nausea
Hi, friends! When I get anxiety attacks, I sometimes uncontrollably dry-heave for up to half-an-hour non-stop. My anxiety can make me feel really sick, and it creates this uncomfortable problem for me. Does anyone know of any kind of treatment that helps with anxiety-induced nausea. Cough drops help

Just need to vent I think
I have such a hard time believing this is just anxiety. I feel miserable everyday, I just can’t accept that this is anxiety. My physical symptoms are so constant that I just feel like there’s something wrong. Does anyone else feel this way?? I have strong heart palps, dizziness/spacey feeling, I always

Please do this short survey 🙂
The Australian government has decided to splash out on some PD research (must be election time!), and I’d really like to encourage them to research the link between PD and Rhesus factor that we discovered here a few years ago, and would like to re do the survey. Could you all please answer the following
