Hi, friends! When I get anxiety attacks, I sometimes uncontrollably dry-heave for up to half-an-hour non-stop. My anxiety can make me feel really sick, and it creates this uncomfortable problem for me. Does anyone know of any kind of treatment that helps with anxiety-induced nausea. Cough drops help me sometimes, but it would be nice to not be shoving cough drops in my mouth all the time.

Firstly, please stop the cough drops! One sharp intake of breath and you would choke on it!
